What this website is — and what it is not

This site is an independent information guide about Philippine consular offices in the United States. It exists to answer the questions people actually search for — which post covers my state, how far away it is, what a procedure involves and whether it requires a consulate at all — and to link through to the official sources.

Accuracy of the information

We take care with what we publish. Addresses, telephone numbers, opening hours, jurisdictions, fees and requirements are checked against the official pages of the Philippine Embassy in Washington and the individual consulates general, and the dates of those checks are recorded in our source material.

Even so, this information can change without notice, and sometimes the official sources themselves disagree. Where we have found a contradiction between official pages — a jurisdiction listed differently in two places, a fee published at two amounts — we say so on the page rather than silently choosing one. Always confirm with the relevant post before travelling, paying a fee or relying on a requirement.

The Owner accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, nor for decisions taken on the basis of it. The authoritative source for any Philippine consular matter is the Philippine post with jurisdiction over you.
